Synopsis: A company seminar begins, it will be an opportunity to take a “deep collective breath”. To reflect together on the company's values, the facilitators have planned a fun but serious little exercise. Acting as a talking stick, a plastic ball circulates among colleagues, more or less motivated by the exercise.
